Hello I wanted to write you a note about your Butler Kia dealership in Indianapolis. Recently my husband and I bought a car from them (within the last two weeks). You should know how they treat their customers. You should also know the type of experience we had with all of the people. I am sure by this point now I have your attention. Butler Kia was probably the best dealership to deal with in every way possible! The dealership itself is nice and clean, and all of the sales people including management and finance were exceptional! We dealt with Scott Abel and Larry Lybarger. We have never dealt with anyone, especially in a car dealership, that had such excellent customer service skills, and that had the customer as the number one focus. Please extend to them the recognition they deserve for the fine job that they do. When we buy another car it will certainly be at Butler Kia! This is to let you know how much I appreciate JOE TAYLOR and JOHN STUMPF (as well as the mechanics who took good care of my car-I'm sorry I don't know their names, because they deserve to be recognized too.) I came in to Butler Kia on Keystone Avenue last week with my Kia Spectra-problems with the blower motor and, as it turns out, my brakes needed a good deal of work. I got immediate response to my inquiries and detailed explanations of the current and past service which helped me understand what was going on. Joe and John were both very kind and patient when I really needed it (even though I was being difficult.) Their humanity and diligence are what I'd hoped for when I chose to buy my car from a Butler dealership. I have recommended Butler Kia to two of my family members because of them. Thank you again and please take good care of these employees-they do you credit.

We just wanted to say that, yet again, Butler Kia DID IT!!!! We purchased our Sedona at Butler in 2007 and LOVED both it and the experience. (We have had the whole gamete of cars from GM, Chrysler, Ford and NOTHING compares to Kia.) We decided from then on that we would never buy another Kia from any other dealer. Both times it was the BEST experience we've ever had. Paul was just AMAZING!!! He explained everything in detail to us, was funny, helpful and even sat in the car with us before we left to explain how the cell phone sync and sat radio worked. He took his time and did it right!!! THANK YOU PAUL and Butler Kia! We love our new Soul+ and will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Butler Kia on Saturday and it was the best experience I've ever had. The sales person Corey was wonderful the financing was wonderful and well the whole experience was wonderful and actually quite suffiiciently quick, I was very impressed with Corey our salesmen he's the best. Thank you so much for this experience, I bought my last new car 5 years ago from Saturn of Fishers and I can tell you that Butler has by far surpassed them in every aspect. I would highly recommend Butler to all my friends and coworkers. Thanks again, for the Great no hassle experience!
